RENTAL RATES for The Foundry depend on the type of event, which spaces are being used, day of week/time of year, duration of the rental and the number of people involved.

ASSISTANCE We are happy to assist you with suggestions for catering, decorating, valet service, musicians or staffing needs. Or, you are welcome to bring in your own companies and personnel.

USES The Foundry is adaptable to a wide variety of uses. A most unusual LOCATION for Still Photo Shoots, as well as Video and Film Shoots.

A perfect VENUE for many different kinds of events, functions and parties

For SIT-DOWN DINNERS, LUNCHEONS, PARTIES, WEDDINGS, and SPECIAL EVENTS The inside of The Foundry seats a maximum of 125 people including room for a dance floor. For larger events we can accomodate up to 165 under a tent in the courtyard.

For COCKTAIL PARTIES or STAND-UP EVENTS The maximum capacity is 200.

ADDITIONAL SPACE
The Courtyard, adjacent and connected to The Foundry, can be rented in addition to the inside space. The Courtyard can be rented as an open space or can house up to a 30 x 40 ft. or 30 x 60 ft. tent for ceremonies, cocktails, or larger sit down events (see pink area in the plan below). This option is available on Friday evenings, and Weekends only.

The Foundry Terrace is a 1,200 sq. ft. outdoor elevated roof terrace adjacent to The Foundry’s mezzanine level featuring views of the Queensboro Bridge and Manhattan skyline. The Terrace can be rented in addition to the inside space and can hold up to 60 guests.
